All content, design, code, and materials in the App are owned by Vlevelboard and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you enable push notifications, we will send you breathing reminders according to your preferences. You can disable notifications at any time in the App settings or your device settings.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VLEVELBOARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
